EOL WSC is a member-owned, non-profit corporation formed and incorporated for the purpose of providing potable water service to customers in eastern McLennan county. We are a proud member of the Texas Rural Water Association and are regulated by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Public Utility Commission of Texas. EOL WSC is subject to the laws and regulations governing the operations of non-profit corporations enforced by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
